Yes. Document Sharing covers secure link-based sharing (a DocSend-style workflow). Data Rooms plans add full diligence rooms with permissions, Q&A, and audit trails — closer to Ansarada or Datasite, without legacy pricing.

Each plan includes a set number of seats. Extra seats add a flat amount per member until the plan reaches its price cap — then team members are unlimited at that capped price.

Yes. Plans are flat monthly or annual fees — no per-page, per-GB, or per-deal charges.

A couple things. Firstly, we'll do training calls (group or 1-on-1) with your team to onboard them, show them how Ruma works and answer any questions. Secondly, if you have deals/documents on an existing platform, we can migrate it over for you. We normally do this over a weekend to minimise disruption.

There's a 7 day trial on every plan. You can cancel monthly plans at any time. If you cancel an annual plan in the first 3 months we'll refund the remainder.
